This policy explains what data we collect when you use norev.ventures, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it. The short version: we collect only what you give us in the pitch form, we use it only to evaluate your company and reply to you, and we never sell it.
1. Who is responsible

2. What we collect
- Pitch form data — company details, your description of the idea, problem, solution, traction, founder names, roles, LinkedIn profiles and equity percentages, your email address, and any links you share (deck, audit report).
- Technical data — your IP address and browser user-agent at the time of submission, used solely for spam and abuse prevention.
- Nothing else. The Site uses no analytics trackers, no advertising pixels, and no cookies.
3. Why we process it
- To evaluate your company for a potential investment (legitimate interest / pre-contractual steps).
- To reply to you — including our commitment to answer every pitch with a real reason.
- To prevent spam and abuse of the Site.
4. Where your data lives
- Storage: pitch submissions are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database hosted in the European Union (Eastern Europe region).
- Email: confirmations and replies are sent through Resend, our email provider. Your email address is shared with them only to deliver our messages to you.
- AI-assisted analysis: we may use AI tools to help us structure and analyze pitch submissions. A partner reviews and approves every decision and every reply — no decision about your company is made by automated means alone.
5. Who we share it with
No one, beyond the infrastructure providers above. We never forward your deck, code-audit report, or any pitch materials to third parties without your explicit consent. We never sell personal data.
6. How long we keep it
We keep pitch data for as long as it is relevant to a potential or ongoing investment conversation, and up to 24 months after our final reply for record-keeping. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, export, restrict, object to the processing of, or delete your personal data. Email [email protected] and we'll handle it — no forms, no friction. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority (in Romania, ANSPDCP).
8. Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date above. Material changes will be noted on the Site.
